What's the difference between Regular Cleaning and Deep Cleaning?
A Regular Cleaning covers the everyday essentials — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and trash removal — to keep your home consistently fresh. A Deep Cleaning includes everything in a Regular Cleaning plus detailed work like baseboards, doors and frames, tile and grout scrubbing, ceiling fans, blinds, and hidden buildup. Deep Cleanings take longer and reach the areas everyday cleaning skips.
Which service is right for me?
If your home has been cleaned regularly in the past few weeks, a Regular Cleaning is usually enough. If it’s been a while, you’ve recently moved in, or you want every corner refreshed, a Deep Cleaning is the better fit. Not sure? Reach out and we’ll help you decide.
Why do you recommend a Deep Cleaning for first-time clients?
Every home is different, and a first visit needs extra time to reach the spots everyday cleaning misses — baseboards, door frames, grout, vents, and forgotten corners. Starting with a Deep Cleaning brings your home up to our standard. After that, Regular Cleanings are enough to keep it there.
What's included in a Regular Cleaning?
Dusting all accessible surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning countertops and sinks, wiping the exterior of appliances, full bathroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, mirrors, light shower cleaning), trash removal, and light tidying like making beds.
What's included in a Deep Cleaning?
Everything in our Regular Cleaning, plus detailed baseboards, doors and frames, deep bathroom scrubbing (tile, grout, shower), detailed kitchen cleaning (grease, backsplashes, surfaces), inside the microwave, ceiling fans, blinds, removal of buildup and hidden dirt, and extra attention to corners and neglected areas.
Can I add extra services to my appointment?
Yes. We offer add-ons like inside the oven, refrigerator, and cabinets, interior windows and glass doors, laundry (wash and fold), closet organization, and garage cleaning. Just let us know when you book and we’ll bring the time and supplies needed.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes — our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use specific products (for allergies, sensitivities, or surface care), just let us know in advance.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients give us access while they’re at work or out running errands. We treat every home with full respect and care, whether you’re there or not.
How often should I schedule a cleaning?
Most clients choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly Regular Cleanings depending on household size, pets, and lifestyle. Larger or busier homes usually do best on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, while smaller homes often stay fresh with monthly visits.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
